Once booked you can expect me to contact you via email to arrange your appointment within 3 working days. I will offer you an appointment within 10 working days of booking (holiday periods allowing). Once booked, if you need to cancel or re-arrange your appoinment a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. Otherwise the booking will be forefit.
